Companion tool · Anchored Zone Protocol
Every federal and state channel for records on electronic monitoring and sex offender registration — what each reading room holds, what it does not, and a builder that drafts the request.
Optional. With no server this console drafts requests and you submit them by hand — no token, no account, no network. That is the original tool and it is not going anywhere. A server adds sending, deadline tracking, inbound reply capture, and escalation letters.
Mint a token on the machine that runs the server:
node src/token.js create "console" --scopes read, write, send
It is printed once and stored only as a SHA-256 hash, so it cannot be read back later. Lost it? Mint a new one and revoke the old.
Scopes. read lists requests, the dashboard and signals. write creates requests and confirms or dismisses signals. send actually posts mail. send is a separate scope on purpose: it is the one capability that spends your domain's SPF/DKIM/DMARC sending reputation, in your name. A tracking-only console should be minted without it. Scopes are fixed when the token is created — an existing token cannot be upgraded.
Where this is kept. Saved in this browser's localStorage so you do not paste it every session. It is a bearer credential: anyone with this browser profile has it. On a shared machine use Forget token. If your browser blocks storage the settings still work, for this session only.
What this tool does and does not do. It drafts a filing-ready request and points you at the right portal. On its own, with no server connected, it cannot submit anything — agencies require submission through their own systems or verified email, and no web page can do that on your behalf. Copy the text, open the portal, paste, send.
Verify before you rely. Every statute, deadline, and URL here was checked against a primary source in August 2026, and links that could not be confirmed are flagged. Agencies reorganize, and five jurisdictions have no numeric deadline at all — where that is true this tool says so rather than inventing a number. This is research assistance, not legal advice.
